Jenna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 16 years in the fields of mental health and human services.  She has a Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University.  She worked for several years in Chicago before answering the call of the mountains and returning to Colorado.  Jenna has worked full time with Veterans and their families for 13 years.

Jenna specializes in therapy with adults facing issues including depression, bipolar, PTSD (including combat trauma and sexual trauma), traumatic brain injury, anxiety disorders, anger issues, grief and loss, women’s issues, and chronic pain.  She utilizes a variety of treatment modalities as appropriate including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Mind Body Stress Reduction, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.  Jenna believes the therapy process involves using intellect combined with intuition with a goal for the client to find joy, peace and vitality.

In her free time Jenna enjoys spending time with her dogs, practicing hot yoga, hiking, reading and pretending to be a gardener.  For Jenna traveling is both a goal and a passion.  Long walks with her dogs, a regular meditation practice, and contact with friends and family help to bring balance to work life.

Jenna periodically accepts new clients and has weekend and evening office hours on Friday- Sunday. She is in-network with Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, and some EAPs. She also accepts self-pay clients.
