Let's learn to let go

4/18/2016

Spring is time for change. It's energy renewal happening all around us and we can use this renewal to wake us up to our lives. It's a great energetic time to practice letting go. Take a look at your own patterns with holding emotional energy, holding onto people, or even to things and explore what that pattern is trying to show you. If you need practice in letting go, take time to grieve how not doing so until now has caused loss and pain in your life. Be kind to yourself, settling into the knowing that you're human and you didn't get here alone. Then, use the renewing energy of the season to practice. Breathe in your intention to let go and start allowing yourself to enjoy the empowerment you're experiencing from meeting this "new you".
