
Adina Rosen, MSW, LCSW, graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. She received her Masters of Social Work from New York University. Adina has been practicing in the New York City and DC areas for the last several years, and recently moved to Colorado Springs.
Adina enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families, and meets with clients ranging in age from 6-70. She specializes in issues including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, behavioral problems, perinatal mental health, women’s issues, and personal growth. Adina draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, striving to create a safe, secure, and accessible environment for her clients. Adina is trained in person-centered and strengths-based theories, and is passionate about helping individuals of all ages to be proactive about their treatment goals. She also facilitates Brainspotting to support her clients in more effectively navigating and processing trauma.
Adina believes in a holistic approach to her therapeutic work, encompassing mindfulness, self-care, and interpersonal connection to achieve optimal well-being and balance. Adina uses mindfulness to help her clients more effectively navigate emotions, bolster self-confidence, and improve relationships.
Adina enjoys her own practice of yoga and pilates as a part of her regular self-care. She also loves hiking, running, reading, and spending time with her dog, Arthur. Adina loves exploring Colorado and seeking new experiences that bring joy into her life
Adina periodically accepts new clients and has office hours M-F, including evening hours, and some Saturdays. Adina also accepts clients wishing to self-pay for services and is an Aetna EAP provider.
